Why sending an email to facebook customer care is better than calling them

It can get very frustrating when I have a problem with a product that I bought somewhere and when I try calling them, nothing gets done. This also happens when I have paid for services and at the end run, I do not get the desired results, it can get really frustrating. This is why I try to get things that are top notch and I will not have problems with them at the end of the day. That is why even when it comes to social networks, I chose facebook because it is the one that has the less trouble compared to other social sites. The bliss did not last for long when it came to facebook because it reached a time that the details of my account kept on being changed. At first I thought that I did it myself and I just forgot but when incorrect information started being put there, I knew that someone was messing with the account. So because of this, I tried to call the facebook phone number and see if they could investigate this matter. When I called the number, I was told to leave a voice message. That is when I decided that sending an email could be more effective. They sent me an email and told me to change my password and make it stronger this time so that no one could try and guess it and get access to my personal information.
