Use PPE: It's Better Safe than Sorry

I was working on a construction site on a 5 storey building. I didn't like to use the safety rope and I used to say "Hey, nothing is going to happen to me", but I was a fool. Our company didn't even issue any properppe clothing either. That day, June 5th, I was wrong. The scaffolding where I was broke and I was all by myself. I thought I was going to die, but I didn't. I don't know why but for some unknown reason I did use the safety rope on that day. The moment when I fell was scary. I thought only about my family and how this tragedy would affect them. I'm no religious man, but thanks God for the safety rope, it saved my life, and I bet it saved a lot of other lifes too. Now I always use the safety rope. It's better to be safe than sorry, it's what my wife always tell me.
