The rampant use of fake provisional driving licence

Technology has not just added value to life but has affected the lives of many people both positively and negatively. With the illegal riches owned by many people, even the very young are spotted riding their own expensive vehicles. Instead of concentrating on their studies, the young are now finding pleasure in owning vehicles even without minding the means of ownership. The securities are finding it hard to deal with this youths because every day theft cases are handled every day. Parents are almost tired of finding their children under police custody one day after the other for accusations of stolen vehicles. Fake Provisional Driving Licence are picked by the police every day yet they cannot really trace who does the processing of the licences. Probably, they are processed by the very youths who are found with them. If the youths can spare their education in favour of the unnecessary luxuries, who knows what they will do with their lives tomorrow? It would be best if they are educated on the importance of education before anything else in life.
