I was about to check my email last night when I accidentally came across an article which tackles about a very important issue regarding consumers’ privileges. It talks about consumer rights directive european parliament. I learned a lot about the said articles but I know that there are still a lot of matters that I need to explore to completely understand my rights as a buyer. I want to get myself more educated about how to deal with scams, disputes, warranties, complaints, contracts and any other issues that buyers usually encounter in everyday purchases. It is really hard to earn money these days and it is only sensible for consumers like me to educate themselves on how they will cope with unscrupulous vendors. In fact, a few days ago, my husband and I bought a microwave oven and we were home when we found out that the item was defective. We were just fortunate that the seller replaced the item. But things like these can be avoided if buyers are smart enough to determine which sellers and shops they can truly trust
