With the advancement that is evident in technology, a lot has been experienced and the demand for qualifications is also going high. Unlike in the past where one needed to get education simply for getting over illiteracy and get a job, today, competition for education has been so high so that it requires one to have enough certificates of merit before being assured of employment. Even in such courses like driving are very essential today so that only the competent drivers are expected on the roads. But for UK, the government is so strict so that t if you are not license to driving, you may have to face the wrath of the authorities. It is for this reason that the government of UK has provided a website where the drivers can be tested so as to prove their ability to drive on their roads. With www.direct.gov.uk motoring theory test as the website, the government has been able to allow only the competent drivers on their roads. This has reduced cases of accidents in the country lately thereby saving lives. |

The rate of accidents in our country is increasing everyday. Drivers are not as careful as they used to be. We no longer think about others when we are using the public roads, because many accidents are caused by carelessness on the part of drivers. What happened to the once careful drivers we had in this country? It seems that the motoring authority of our country needs to do so much in order to ensure that these careless drivers are no longer using our roads. We do not want people to stop enjoying a drink, but they should not drive while intoxicated. The problem with drunk driving is that the driver will not reason well and he is at a risk of over estimating distances, thus causing so many accidents especially when he wants to overtake. If you must drink, take a taxi to home, or ask a friend to pick you up. I think the best thing that can be done is to confiscate the careless driver’s license. This way, other drivers will learn from them. |

It would be useless to blame a disabled person and refuse to offer help in case where help is needed. One can never tell the cause of the disability because the same case can happen to anybody including the complainant. But whatever it is, disability occur indifferent ranges and almost everybody is disabled in one way or the other. Like in the case where one would like to apply for a blue badge the disability may be that the person cannot be in a public place because of severe mobility problems. Such people require a packing space of their own because of the disability that befalls them and therefore do not deserve to be blamed for whatever reason but rather to be offered help because no body like to stay i a disabled state would not pretend either because of seeking other peoples attention. Therefore, like any other disabled person this people require proper care from those who can because unless one agrees to help them, they may be obliged remain in their miserable state. |

Technology has not just added value to life but has affected the lives of many people both positively and negatively. With the illegal riches owned by many people, even the very young are spotted riding their own expensive vehicles. Instead of concentrating on their studies, the young are now finding pleasure in owning vehicles even without minding the means of ownership. The securities are finding it hard to deal with this youths because every day theft cases are handled every day. Parents are almost tired of finding their children under police custody one day after the other for accusations of stolen vehicles. Fake Provisional Driving Licence are picked by the police every day yet they cannot really trace who does the processing of the licences. Probably, they are processed by the very youths who are found with them. If the youths can spare their education in favour of the unnecessary luxuries, who knows what they will do with their lives tomorrow? It would be best if they are educated on the importance of education before anything else in life. |
